I am not a big pickle fan, but ever since I made these for the first time last week I have been trying to make meals just so I can eat these pickles with my dinner! We've already finished off one jar so I went ahead and made another half batch. They are supposed to keep well for several weeks in the fridge so I think we should be ok.
