"Chocolate and sprinkles and warm sugar cookies,
Butter and frosting and plates of sweet goodies,
ritz crackers covered with chocolate bark,
drinking hot cocoa after it gets dark."
The holiday season is upon us. Last month I featured a selection of favorite holiday foods. This month we're going to feature: Christmas Cookies & Candies! I think we should all be able to contribute to that category! I'm planning a bake day at my apartment for the second weekend in December. And I have no doubt that people will be baking, sharing, and eating plenty of sweet treats this month. I'm going to my first Christmas party on Friday night and am planning to make the Ritz Crackers with peanut butter in the middle and then dipped in chocolate. I'm very excited! I hope you have fun creating sweet treats with me this month!

Tricia, you are becoming a good poem writer. You should write a book of them to publish. This should be a FUN month--cookies and candies, YES!
