February Resolution Wrap-Up

My verses: "Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable and keeps no record of when it has been wronged. It is never glad about injustice, but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. It Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance." 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

    When Jeremiah suggested we memorize ALL of those verses, I was a little skeptical that I'd be able to get it all. But I just took it a line at a time throughout the month and kept adding on. It has ended up being very practical and useful for me to memorize as I struggled throughout the past month, at times, with being irritable and demanding and rude. It is powerful to memorize these verses and have them saved in my heart for difficult moments. I chant them when I want to react in a selfish way. I am trying to choose verses each month that are fitting and helpful for this phase of life.

Mileage: 46.55

     My sister got me a new pedometer just a few days ago, so I hope to be more successful with accurate readings. Also, the weather should be warming up, so I hope to be out walking and jogging more frequently.
