15 Months Old!

My sweet Zoë girl. You are 15 months old today! You have changed very much since I posted 3 months ago. Here's what you have been up to since August:
Halloween Day outfit
Your first trip to the ocean -- Daytona Beach, FL
Pumpkin Patch at Osborn Farm
Riding in the wagon with Daddy
- You say a few words -- "ma-ma", "da-da", "cracker", "please" {which you also sign}, "dog", and "cat". These are the ones I remember. You are trying to imitate even more.
All 3 kids at the pumpkin patch
Dressing warm for one of Zeke's soccer practices. New boots and jacket and socks!
Little pirate feeling sleepy at the Halloween Hullabaloo
- You are walking like a pro. Sometimes you put your hands in the air and walk around like a little monkey. I just love it. You are pretty steady on your feet and love your independence at getting around the house and the yard.
Family vacation
- You have 6 teeth! Four on top, two on bottom, and it looks like two more are making their way in on top as well. You look adorable with your teeth, especially when you show them off with your smile.

- You are starting to nap just once a day. There are some days when you still need two, but those days are becoming less and you're taking more of a 2-3 hour nap in the middle of the day.

- You have begun to wear some 18 month clothes. You still wear plenty of 12 month clothes as well, but they are getting a bit short, so I went ahead and bumped you up since we're having a few cooler days, as well as chilly mornings and evenings. You need all the pant length you can get.
Looking at the geese
- You are going to be a tough little girl. Levi knocked you clean off your feet the other day when he ran right into you. Both brothers wrestle with you. And you like to get right in the middle of things. You are also starting to stand up for yourself by screaming back at them if they take your toy, crawling while angry-screaming at them, or climbing on top of someone who has upset you. You are fierce!

You two play together so well!
- You eat pretty much everything! Dairy does seem to bother you, so your extent is yogurt which seems to settle ok. I make your pizza with no cheese. You finally stopped drinking formula a couple of weeks ago and the only milk I can get you to drink is chocolate cashew milk, so I have begun to mix it 70/30 with some plain cashew milk and you drink it pretty well before bed. You like to feed yourself and scream at me when I try to help you {sometimes, not always. It's very confusing for me ;)}. You like to use a fork and spoon and seem to prefer your left hand.
After trick-or-treating, you pulled the wrapper right off this dum-dum and thoroughly enjoyed your sugary treat!

- You have a great laugh! You like to be tickled.

Zoë Kayte, I just love having you as a daughter. You really are full of life and bring smiles to our faces daily. You seem to love animals, your family, playing outside, and being an investigator. I can see now why so many parents child-proof their homes -- you get into everything! And you're quiet, so I don't always hear you sneak in. One time I came up the stairs from putting Levi down for a nap, and began finding pieces of toilet paper by the door and followed the tp path all the way to the bathroom as the pieces got longer and longer. You are a character! We tell you this often. It's true. And it's wonderful! I can't wait to see what develops in the next 3 months! Love, Mommy
