My New Style

One week ago I went in to get a hair cut. The last time I had cut my hair was August 2010! I had a couple of trims in the past 2 1/2 years, but other than that I had just let it grow longer and longer. During the past couple of years I have taught myself to french braid and use bobby pins with more ease. I enjoyed finding different hairstyles and being able to do so many things with my hair! But about a month or so ago, I was ready for a change! I won't see my hair this long again for quite some time... 

My hair donation. 

I was able to send in 13" to Locks of Love. If I remember correctly, this may have been my longest donation! I believe this is either the third or fourth time I have cut and donated my hair to Locks of Love. You can find more information at their website: Locks of Love.

I really like my new cut! It will be nice and cool for the warm months coming up. And washing and brushing my hair is so quick and easy now! It's fabulous!
