
I mixed up the batter and let it rest for a few minutes while the griddle got warm. The batter was a little thicker than regular pancakes and didn't spread out on the griddle as well. But some people prefer a thicker pancake anyway. Mine are usually on the thin side, so these were a nice change. I thought they were a great thickness, especially while I was eating them!
Mmmm, now there's a stack of pancakes I'm ready to eat! Toss on some butter, but don't forget...
