One of my friends at work sent me this article: "The Most Dangerous Thing You'll Do All Day." I found it interesting and, at least today, I'm trying to make a conscious effort to stand up/get up at least twice an hour. I usually have a hard time sitting still to begin with and tend to walk around to do many of my errands, but this article has inspired me to continue and do even more. I hope it can inspire you to do the same. Now off to the mail room...
